- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Head to oversee the operations, academics, and business performance of our educational center.

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a background in the education or training industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration.

- Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs.

- Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.

2) Academic & Student Management:

- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction.

- Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally.

- Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements.

3) Business Development & Revenue Generation:

- Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention.

- Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.

- Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

4) Team Leadership:

- Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required).

- Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.

- Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

5) Reporting & Analysis:

- Maintain and analyze branch performance data - admissions, revenue, student feedback, etc.

- Send regular reports to the regional or central office.

- Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in branch operations, academics, or business management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and data-driven performance management.
