Located in Punjabs Mansa district, Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd.

(TSPL) represents the largest private thermal power facility in North India, with an installed capacity of 1980 MW, contributing nearly 30% of the states electricity demand.

Meenakshi Energy Ltd.

(MEL) in Andhra Pradeshs Tirupati district has a capacity of 1000 MW, while Vedanta Ltd.

Chhattisgarh Thermal Power Plant (VLCTPP) in Singhitarai village, Sakti district, is a 1200 MW coal-based thermal power plant.

Head Investor Relations.

We are seeking a Head Investor Relations to lead strategic engagement with the capital markets and drive transparent, timely, and compliant communication with investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

This role will shape the companys equity story, oversee earnings and disclosure processes, advise leadership on valuation and capital market expectations, and strengthen investor confidence through strong governance, market intelligence, and best-in-class IR practices.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Organize earnings calls, investor meetings, analyst conferences, roadshows, and site visits.

- Respond to investor and analyst queries in a timely and professional manner.

- Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual investor presentations, earnings releases, and fact sheets.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI, stock exchanges, and other applicable regulations).

- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Secretarial teams to ensure accurate and consistent disclosures.

- Track shareholder base, trading activity, peer performance, and market trends.

- Monitor analyst reports and provide feedback to senior management.

- Assess investor perception and advise management on valuation drivers and capital market expectations.

- Advise leadership on capital allocation, dividend policy, and ESG communication.

- Ensure adherence to insider trading regulations and information-sharing protocols.

- Build and lead the investor relations team.

- Establish IR processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.


Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CFA.

- 8-10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Strategy.

- Prior experience in a listed company and interaction with institutional investors is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and listing requirements.
