Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all engineering services including civil, mechanical, and electrical support functions across the plant.
- Oversee long-term and short-term maintenance planning to ensure reliability, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
- Drive project planning and execution for plant upgrades, modifications, and expansions in alignment with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal engineering protocols across all technical activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations through timely engineering interventions and solutions.
- Implement best practices in asset management, preventive maintenance, and condition monitoring.
- Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to engineering and planning functions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Qualification & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in engineering services and maintenance planning within thermal power plant operations.
- BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of plant engineering systems, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation domains.
- Proven expertise in maintenance planning, project execution, and resource optimization.
- Effective leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional engineering teams.
