Roles and Responsibilities:

- Promote a strong safety, health, and environment (SHE) culture and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, planning and efficiency to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power generation.

- Drive operational excellence with benchmark initiatives, cutting edge technology, digitalization and innovation to improve plant performance, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

- Support plant expansion projects, technology upgrades, and strategic business initiatives.

- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on talent building and employee engagement.

- Manage stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies, government agencies, and local communities.

Experience and Qualification:

- 15+ years of senior leadership in operations with expertise in plant management, cost control, and performance improvement.

- Strong knowledge of safety, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.

- Proven success in technology upgrades, plant expansions, and strategic initiatives.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with focus on efficiency and sustainable growth.
