(TSPL) represents the largest private thermal power facility in North India, with an installed capacity of 1980 MW, contributing nearly 30% of the states electricity demand.

Meenakshi Energy Ltd.

(MEL) in Andhra Pradeshs Tirupati district has a capacity of 1000 MW, while Vedanta Ltd.

Chhattisgarh Thermal Power Plant (VLCTPP) in Singhitarai village, Sakti district, is a 1200 MW coal-based thermal power plant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete HR lifecycle for CTPP, ensuring robust organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building aligned with business goals.

- Drive talent management, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks to build a strong pipeline and foster a high-performance culture across the plant.

- Partner with senior leadership to manage strategic HR priorities including policy governance, employee engagement, change management, and resolution of critical people matters.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver excellence in HR operations, compliance, analytics-driven decision making, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA in HR or related field and 15+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in the thermal energy sector.

- Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, talent development, succession planning and Labour laws.

- Proven ability to drive high-performance culture, employee engagement, and change management.

- Skilled in policy governance, compliance, sensitive people matters and stakeholder alignment.

- Effective leader with experience guiding HR teams and using data-driven insights for decision-making.
