About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 35 years of experience managing technology projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, an understanding of modern tech stacks, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.

- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams across multiple projects.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.

- Drive best practices in project management and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing projects involving modern tech stacks such as:

- Backend: Java, Python, Flask API, FastAPI

- Frontend: React, Flutter

- Database: MongoDB

- AI/ML Frameworks: (Basic exposure is a plus)

- Design Tools: Figma

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Basic knowledge of DevOps practices is an advantage.

Experience in technology or service-based companies is preferred.

Key Requirements

- 35 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech-driven environment.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

- Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
