Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Manager to serve as a trusted investment advisor and dedicated Relationship Manager to our affluent and High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients. This critical dual role requires leveraging deep financial planning expertise and strong relationship-building skills to design, implement, and manage tailored financial plans and investment portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the Indian financial market, SEBI regulatory environment, and client needs, ensuring holistic, goal-oriented financial advice and fostering long-term client loyalty.
Role Requirements & Logistics
Role Title: Senior Wealth Manager / Investment Advisor (Dual Role)
Focus: Holistic Financial Planning, Investment Management, HNI Relationship Management, and Business Development.
Industry Focus: Indian Financial Market, Securities, and Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Client Relationship Management (Relationship Manager)
- Trust Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with affluent / high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.
- Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and provide personalized, timely advice.
- Growth Generation: Actively identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships, cross-sell services, and generate high-quality referrals to significantly grow the firm's client base.
2. Financial Planning & Advisory (Investment Advisor)
- In-Depth Assessment: Conduct detailed financial assessments for clients, covering critical areas such as cash flow analysis, investment planning, tax optimization, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- Strategy Development: Develop and present comprehensive, customized financial plans specifically tailored to the clients goals, risk tolerance, and current financial circumstances.
- Portfolio Management: Optimize client portfolios for tax efficiency and long-term growth, adhering strictly to SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines and all relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Monitoring: Monitor and review financial plans and portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as needed based on market conditions, life events, or regulatory changes.
3. Strategic & Product Leadership
- Tech Innovation: Lead the project of building a tech-first financial planning product that can be used by DIY (Do-It-Yourself) users to curate their personalized financial plan, blending advisory expertise with product development strategy.
4. Business Development & Firm Growth
- Client Acquisition: Leverage existing professional networks and strong relationship-building skills to acquire new clients and successfully expand the firms Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Brand Visibility: Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients.
