Key Account Manager

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage our bank relationships. This role combines KAM responsibilities along with managing receivables/ payments from banks. The ideal candidate should be from Corporate banking industry (Credit card/ Debit card division)/ worked extensively with different banks and comfortable interacting with senior teams at banks and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned bank partners and support smooth day-to-day coordination for data recon and invoicing.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with bank finance teams.
- Track outstanding payments, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely collection.
- Understand partner needs and proactively support them with data, reports, or operational clarifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for documentation, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Manage invoicing, receivable tracking, and collections across partner banks and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS, revenue reports and variance analyses.
Requirements:- MBA with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as KAM and good knowledge of finance
- Prior experience in Banking Industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills must be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel and MIS/reporting skills.
