Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets (cloud & on-premise) using statistical techniques, predictive analytics, and data mining to uncover business opportunities and historical trends.
- Automation & Advanced Tools: Use SQL, Python, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, automation, and building interactive dashboards for streamlined reporting.
- CRM & Data Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM/Analytics) to analyze customer behavior, improve lead management, and enable data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Reporting & Storytelling: Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate insights and influence decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Lead analytics initiatives, automate workflows, and improve business processes to support long-term strategic outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc), and Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven business acumen.
- Solid expertise in data mining, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
- Experience with Zoho CRM/Zoho Analytics (preferred but not mandatory).
