Department: Sales / Business Development.


Experience Required: 3-5 years in IT sales with at least 2 years focused on cloud solutions (preferably Azure).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with deep expertise in Azure Cloud Services to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Azures offerings and the ability to position our cloud solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Azure-based cloud solutions.

- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in targeted industry verticals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft channel partners and internal stakeholders.

- Lead client discussions around cloud adoption, digital transformation, and migration to Azure.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

- Stay up to date with Azure product updates, licensing models, and partner incentives.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/masters degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry.

- 2+ years of experience selling Azure or other cloud solutions (AWS, GCP can be a bonus).

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technology-driven environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Azure certifications (like AZ-900, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
