- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead the overall sales function.
- The ideal candidate will have over 20 plus years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strategic sales initiatives in both residential and commercial segments.
Location: INXT City Centre, Sector 83, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new and existing projects.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of sales professionals across multiple locations.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams including channel partnerships, corporate sales, and institutional sales.
- Oversee key account management and nurture long-term client relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in real estate sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling large teams and multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA compliance, and local market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale residential and/or commercial projects.
- Experience working with luxury, mid-segment, or affordable housing verticals is a plus.
