- Monitor regulatory changes and cascade updates internally.
- Ensure adherence to all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the NBFC.
- Draft, review and update policies & SOPs; oversee Compliance Framework implementation.
- Conduct periodic checks, risk assessments and internal audits.
- Prepare compliance MIS, dashboards and escalate critical issues.
- Deliver regular staff training to strengthen compliance culture.
- Identify vulnerabilities, design corrective-action plans and track resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Audit, Operations and HR teams.
- Proven NBFC compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
