Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the team to achieved assigned Targets as per defined norms and rules and ensuring business growth and sustainability for Vastu.
- Allocation of Targets by individual SM/RO/RM.
- Identifying possible challenges and suggesting solutions
- Planning for Manpower and other resources required in the defined area
- Ensure monthly volume delivery as per defines budgets.
- Building Team Connect
- Building team for front line executive as per manpower budget.
- Communicating and supporting team in achieving Business volume Targets.
- Personal Discussion / Visit with Customers on a regular basis Supporting front line in building distribution and sourcing channels:
1) DST - Direct Selling Team 2) Connector/ Green Channel 3) DSA- Direct Selling associates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably from Retail, Banking, Insurance & financial services sector.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Single branch handling experience is must.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent Inter personal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Bachelor's / master's degree
