- The organization is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cost control activities.

- The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insights and recommendations that enhance profitability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Senior Manager FP&A will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- They will lead the end-to-end financial planning process, including the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year business plans.

- The incumbent will monitor business performance against established financial targets and provide timely variance analyses with actionable insights to support decision-making.

- This role will also oversee cost control initiatives, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and identifying opportunities to enhance margins.

- The individual will collaborate with business unit heads and functional leaders to translate operational plans into financial outcomes.

- Additionally, they will play a key role in preparing financial models, profitability analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, investments, and expansion projects.

- The Senior Manager will drive process improvements within the finance function, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent reporting.

- They will ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate governance policies while supporting external and internal audits.

- The role will also require the candidate to implement performance dashboards and KPIs to measure financial health and operational efficiency across departments.

- The position demands strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance on cost optimization, pricing, and business performance enhancement.

- The individual will also be expected to lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

- 8-12 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, or FP&A roles, preferably in a mid to large-scale organization.

- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.

- Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or advanced Excel.

- Deep understanding of business performance metrics, cost structures, and P&L management.

- Experience in developing strategic financial frameworks and supporting executive decision-making.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a track record of mentoring finance teams.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

- High level of integrity, business acumen, and result-oriented mindset.
