Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key end-user clients in the industrial sector to drive long-term engagement and business growth.

- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.

- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored MRO and industrial solutions aligned with their needs.

- Commercial Discussions: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with customers to close deals successfully.

- Account Ownership: Serve as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt resolution to customer queries and issues.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competition.

- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer insights to the management team on a regular basis.

- Customer Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

- CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, follow up effectively, and maintain updated customer data.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B account management, or MRO/engineering product sales.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage customer accounts independently and deliver results against targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high accountability and ownership.
