Job Description:

We are looking for talented and (i) qualified CAs (ii) experienced audit professionals to join our statutory audit team, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients and expand your professional skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of Statutory Audit you will be responsible for the following:

- Leading and managing statutory audits for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients including MNCs, growing businesses, start-ups, etc.

- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

- Managing and mentoring a team of young audit executives ensuring timely completion of audit assignments.

- Providing practical advice on accounting, tax, and compliance matters to clients.

- Liaising with clients to understand and address key technical accounting matters.

- Preparation of audit reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

- Corporate Tax audits.

Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

- CA with 1-4 years core stat audit experience.

- Other professional / qualified with 3+ years core stat audit experience.

- Audit experience of Indian companies (not overseas / process audits).

- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, auditing standards, audit documentation.

- IndAS exposure would be a plus.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.

- Ability to work in and manage teams and independently under tight deadlines.

- Experience and audit skills with varied accounting platforms / ERP;

- Proficiency in audit software, would be a plus.
