Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner at Varun Beverages Limited, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives within your designated business unit in Gurgaon/Gurugram. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, driving initiatives related to talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR plans, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and achieve business results.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including analyzing workforce data, identifying talent gaps, and developing strategies to address future talent needs.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Address employee grievances and provide fair and consistent resolutions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Strong skills in workforce planning, including analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing talent strategies.
- Excellent employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, investigation, and communication.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
- Ability to handle grievances effectively and fairly, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree in HR is preferred.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
