Communicating and Enforcing Organizational Values. - Exposure to Plant HR and Sales HR Qualification : - Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Institute of repute. Experience : - 12 - 15 years post qualification work experience. Must have worked in manufacturing and sales setup.
