
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Strategic Transformation Team. This high-impact role is ideal for individuals passionate about leading change, driving operational excellence, and enabling organizational growth through cross-functional strategic initiatives. As a part of this core team, you will work closely with senior leadership to conceptualize, plan, and execute business transformation strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation projects from strategy to execution, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.-
- Develop detailed project plans, frameworks, and roadmaps to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis, data-driven assessments, and benchmarking to guide decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation, and best practices in transformation and change management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, or program management roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience preparing C-level presentations.
- Familiarity with digital tools, agile frameworks, and change management methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for driving change and innovation.
