
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement to support the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to meet business goals and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments including sales, finance, HR, and supply chain to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage risk and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role .
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office, and operational software tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
