Job Summary:
- The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and deep understanding of digital marketing channels to drive scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities across multiple channels including paid, organic, social, email, referral, and partnerships.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor key growth metrics and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.
- Generate actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimize marketing spend.
- Design and implement strategies to improve customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer journey stages.
- Oversee SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
- Coordinate content creation to support growth initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and sales to align marketing with product development and business goals.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members
