About the Role: As a part of the Human Resource Team, you will have a chance to oversee all aspects of Talent Acquisition practices and processes. Building a pipeline, managing internships, campus placements along with managing a team of recruiters and coordinating across various departments of the firm for their hiring needs would be part of your workday. What Would This Role Entail? - Maintain trackers for organisational hiring needs - Manage the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team and oversee the internship database - Work in tandem with the payroll team - Understand the various departments and roles in organisation and structure job descriptions, organise placements drives and job portal selection accordingly - Handle all escalations and issues related to the recruitment team at source and escalate major issues as per hierarchy - Responsible for the complete recruitment process, from creating and maintaining the hiring pipelines to ensuring timely interviews by coordinating with resources at various levels in the organisation and handover to the payroll team. Necessary Skills: 1, Graduates with 1-3 years of experience OR Post-Graduates with 0-1 years of experience 2. Critical thinking and decision making abilities 3. Willingness to travel and work flexibly. 4. Should be self-starter who is able to develop and execute complex workflows 5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while managing the team 6. Should have leadership skills to be a bridge in the hierarchy Good to Have Skills: 1. Negotiation and problem solving skills 2. Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills 3. Experience in the HR domain
