Key Responsibilities:
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Support the team in executing strategic projects and operational transformation initiatives.
- Assist with Operational Excellence: Contribute to projects focused on improving efficiency and implementing best practices across our operations.
- This may include drafting SOPs, playbooks tailored to geography and project types.
- Data Analysis Reporting: Create and maintain reports to monitor operational KPIs farmer count, cost per enrolment, retention, delivery risk).
- Project Coordination: Facilitate the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring transparent communication between various internal and external teams.
- Documentation and System Support: Maintain organized documentation for all processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Help build and maintain internal tools and dashboards.
- Financial Analysis: Support in project economics, helping create basic financial models, track project performance, and cost optimization.
- Assist in building simple tools and reports to compare projects on efficiency, impact, and risks.
Qualifications:
- Degree in technology, management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in the growth strategy role.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Excel and a knack for organizing and interpreting data.
- Ability to manage project documentation, draft reports, and prepare briefs to support execution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
