Description: We are looking to bring on a full-time role to support the Biochar team across ongoing projects.
- This role will be a blend of project coordination, data validation, partner management, and on-ground support.
- The candidate will work closely with project POCs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and documentation of all biochar initiatives.
- The role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable travelling to remote field locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate incoming data from all existing biochar projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Coordinate with project POCs to maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and address queries promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation required for project registration and compliance.
- Conduct periodic site visits to collect evidence, verify operations, and support field-level data collection.
- Support high-level project management by assisting in tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring actions are closed on time.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 1 - 1.5 years of total work experience.
- Engineering graduates preferred (Tier-II colleges acceptable).
- Flexibility to travel to remote rural project sites as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred (not mandatory): Experience in LCA, carbon projects, climate action, or sustainability-related work
