About the Role: The Associate will work closely with top management team to support strategic initiatives, investor communications, and financial analysis. This is a high-visibility role that offers exposure to the firm's leadership, investors, and business heads, providing a platform to contribute to key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Promoters in managing investor relations activities, including the preparation of presentations, investor updates, and quarterly performance materials.

- Analyse and interpret financial statements, MIS reports, and operational metrics to generate insights for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support fundraising, board meetings, and strategic reviews by preparing high-quality analytical decks and briefing materials.

- Coordinate across departments to compile performance data, monitor key KPIs, and ensure timely information flow to the management and investors.

- Contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth, process efficiency, and financial transparency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed institution (Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred).

- 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis.

- Strong command over MS PowerPoint, Excel, and financial data analysis.

- Solid understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and MIS reporting.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise narratives for senior stakeholders.

- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
