Position: Marketing (Performance & Brand) Specialist
Location: Gurugram
Who We're Looking For:
- Sharp, analytical, and creative MBA candidates from Tier-1 institutions (IIM/MICA/SPJIMR/XLRI/SIBM).
- Passionate about marketing, digital strategy, and brand growth.
- Curious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end campaigns for brands, including performance marketing, social media, content, and P&L tracking.
- Assist in brand advocacy and brand-building initiatives across multiple platforms.
Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to support decision-making.
- Help design creative communication strategies for digital and offline channels.
- Contribute to presentations and reports for senior management and brand stakeholders.
Learning Opportunities:

- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media is a plus.
