Role Overview:
A high-ownership, high-visibility role working directly with the CEO and CTO on the company's most important bets, with a strong focus on building and scaling AI-led initiatives across the organization.
This is not a coordination role. Each hire owns a charter end to end - with a number attached, the authority to make calls within that remit, and accountability for whether it works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a defined charter end to end - AI and automation, new revenue and monetization, or the P&L of one of our brands
- Partner with leadership on strategic and operational priorities, and bring the analysis that shapes the decision
- Drive execution of company-critical projects from problem statement to working outcome
- Lead cross-functional delivery across Tech, Product, Content, and Sales - largely without formal authority
- Identify risks early, make the call, and own the result
- Build the reporting and insight layer leadership needs to steer - and use it to argue for change, not just to report status
Who Should Apply:
3+ years in consulting, a high-growth startup, product, or an operating role where you owned outcomes rather than tasks. Founders and ex-founders welcome.
- Demonstrated experience building something from zero - a business line, a function, a product, or a company
- Strong analytical depth: you can size an opportunity, build the model, and know which number matters
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, particularly with people who don't report to you
- High ownership, sound judgement, and a track record of operating well in ambiguity
Preferred Background:
Consulting (strategy or operations), product management at a high-growth company, or founding/early-team experience at a startup.
Familiarity with AI/tech-driven environments - strongly preferred for the AI and automation charter.
