Job Title : Project Delivery & Vendor Relations Manager (Remote - India)

Location: Remote - Anywhere in India

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

About the Role:

We are Vanan Online Services, Inc., a global leader in transcription, translation, captioning, and related services. We're looking for an experienced Project Delivery & Vendor Relations Manager to lead our vendor operations, manage project execution, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a remote position open to candidates across India who are skilled in managing people, processes, and partnerships across global time zones.

What You'll Do:

Vendor & Resource Management:

- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors worldwide.

- Hire and onboard new vendors/resources to meet service demand.

- Keep vendor availability aligned with incoming project requirements.

- Negotiate and control vendor costs within budget.

- Evaluate the quality of work delivered by vendors to ensure we only work with the best for top-quality output.

Team & Project Operations:

- Lead the production/project coordination team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and give constructive feedback.

- Handle performance appraisals and manage attrition.

- Coordinate with clients (including US-based) to understand requirements and give updates.

- Manage escalations and resolve them promptly.

Quality Management:

- Oversee Quality Issues (QI) and Request-for-Changes (RFC) to prevent customer dissatisfaction or refunds.

- Identify recurring issues and implement solutions.

Research & Process Improvement:

- Keep track of industry trends and client needs.

- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in team management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven success in vendor management, vendor hiring, and project coordination.

- Strong background in quality management and performance evaluation.

- Client-facing skills to handle escalations professionally.

- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, CRMs).

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in service-based industries like translation, transcription, or BPO/KPO.

- International client handling experience.

- Budget and cost control expertise.
