About the Opportunity:
We are looking for high-caliber, articulate, and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialists to join our premium Health & Life Insurance vertical. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional communication finesse, persuasive abilities, and a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative interactions with potential customers.
- Perform detailed need analysis and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Provide product information and clarify policy-related queries.
- Warm-transfer qualified leads to the Sales/Advisory team.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure premium customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Experience: 0 - 5 or above years (Freshers with great communication skills can apply)
- Languages: Excellent and Strong communication skills in English & any regional languages like Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam
