Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT & Non-IT Contract Staffing.
The ideal candidate will drive new client acquisition, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets in the staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for contract staffing (IT & Non-IT).
- Generate business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and SLAs with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely position closures.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in staffing business development.
- Strong knowledge of contract hiring models & VMS processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of target achievement in contract staffing.
