Valueplus Technologies - Senior Trainer & Knowledge Partner - Mutual Funds Segment

- We are seeking a Senior Trainer & Knowledge Partner to lead the development and delivery of high-quality training programs for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).

- The ideal candidate will take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), conduct training sessions, and serve as a thought leader through webinars, podcasts, and industry events.

- This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial services, fintech, or edtech and a passion for educating and mentoring finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS & Course Management:

- Manage and update the LMS, ensuring courses are relevant and impactful.

- Develop and refine course content, including NISM V-A training, sales & marketing techniques, and financial advisory strategies.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create new modules that align with industry trends.

- Ensure high engagement and comprehension of learning materials.

- Work with tech teams to enhance the LMS experience.

Training Delivery & Engagement:

- Conduct live and recorded training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses for MFDs at different experience levels.

- Design interactive quizzes, case studies, and assignments to improve learning outcomes.

- Provide mentorship and support to learners, addressing queries and guiding them toward MFD success.

Thought Leadership & Brand Building:

- Serve as the face of the LMS, hosting webinars, podcasts, and video content.

- Deliver insightful content on industry trends, regulatory updates, and mutual fund distribution best practices.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, panel discussions, and networking events.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5-8 years in the Mutual Fund industry, preferably in training, distribution, or advisory roles.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of NISM certifications, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.

Training Expertise: Experience in developing and delivering online courses or LMS-based training is a plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Digital Presence: Comfortable with hosting webinars, podcasts, and digital training sessions.

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Preferred Industry Background: Financial services or fintech (edtech or SaaS experience can also be considered)
