About the role As an APM of a product/area, you love to understand customer problems and prioritize to solve the ones which create the biggest business impact. You will collaborate with Engineers, Designers and Stakeholders to ship solutions. You will track the data metrics and competition movements to keep us updated. What you will do - Define and communicate your product's objective, solution, execution and own the results - Work with stakeholders to understand their problems and maintain a backlog - Set up and track business and product KPIs using data analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Amplitude - Benchmark with the competition and the market - Own up product communications - Coordinate with the design team, engineering and business teams for driving outcomes What we look for - Be customer obsessed, you should constantly be on the lookout to find pain points and solve them ground up - Be able to build structure out of ambiguity and prioritize ideas - Have great communications skills and good writing skills - Basic knowledge of Figma, Notion, Miro, JIRA, Mixpanel - Should have 2+ years of overall experience and at least 1 year in product roles - Engineering or MBA from Tier 1/ 2 Institute or prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
