Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UK and Nordics region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads within IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and articulate relevant IT service offerings effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.
- Manage the LG team, ensuring performance, coordination, and timely execution.
- Track market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM documentation.
Required Experience:
- 6-8 years of proven experience in IT services sales (Hunting role).
- Experience working specifically with IT services companies.
- Strong exposure to the UK, Europe, and Americas markets.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, business culture, and customer expectations in these regions.
