ValueLabs - Project Manager - IT Managed Services

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage IT managed services engagements across Southeast Asia, focusing on service delivery excellence, engineering productivity, operational efficiency, and AI-led software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT managed services delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, and customer expectations.

- Drive service governance, performance monitoring, risk management, escalation handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across engagements.

- Promote engineering excellence through Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and test automation.

- Drive the adoption of AI-led software engineering practices and productivity tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery outcomes.

- Manage offshore-onshore delivery models, distributed teams, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.

- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved delivery economics.

- Build strong client relationships and provide regular service performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in IT services, managed services, or technology delivery management.

- Strong experience in managed services, SLA/KPI management, service governance, and continuous improvement.

- Good understanding of software engineering, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation practices.

- Exposure to AI-led software engineering, AI-assisted development, and engineering productivity tools.

- Proven experience managing offshore-onshore delivery and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong skills in client management, stakeholder communication, operational reporting, and delivery optimization.

- Experience improving service quality, team productivity, operational efficiency, and delivery costs.

- Experience in the Telecom or Media & Entertainment industry is an advantage.
