ValueLabs - Project Manager - BFSI Technology

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage banking and BFSI technology projects, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, engineering practices, stakeholder management, and AI-led software development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of BFSI technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.

- Drive project governance, delivery planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

- Collaborate with banking clients, business teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Promote Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and engineering best practices across delivery teams.

- Drive the adoption of AI-led software development, automated testing, and engineering productivity tools to improve delivery efficiency and software quality.

- Manage distributed teams, resource allocation, project financials, and delivery performance.

- Monitor project progress, key metrics, dependencies, and risks, ensuring timely escalations and resolution.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, productivity enhancement, and delivery optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in IT project management, with strong exposure to banking and BFSI technology programs.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgets, risks, and client stakeholders.

- Good understanding of banking applications, BFSI processes, and technology delivery environments.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering practices.

- Exposure to AI-led software development, AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and engineering productivity tools.

- Experience managing distributed teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and complex project dependencies.

- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
