
Product Owner - Benefits Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Work with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap for our healthcare and benefits administration solutions.
- Requirements Management: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Agile Leadership: Serve as the product expert within an Agile/Scrum team, prioritizing backlogs, and leading sprint planning and review sessions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Domain Expertise: Use your deep understanding of US healthcare plans, benefits eligibility, enrollment workflows, COBRA, FSA, and HSA to guide product decisions and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis, with a primary focus on US healthcare and benefits administration.
- Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and benefits lifecycle.
- Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Technical Acumen: Prior experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and healthcare data workflows.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
