Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic professional who blends digital ad sales expertise with strategic storytelling and branded content sensibilities. This role is a hybrid of consultative media sales and creative solutioning-ideal for someone who thrives on client engagement, campaign innovation, and cross-platform brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Strategic Planning

- Deeply understand client business goals, industry context, and target audiences.

- Translate insights into data-informed, cross-platform campaign strategies.

- Act as a strategic advisor to both BFSI and non-BFSI brands, including agencies and direct clients.

Business Development & Concept Selling

- Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value advertisers and media agencies.

- Craft persuasive solutions combining digital ads, branded content, print integration, webinars, podcasts, and event sponsorships.

- Engage with marketing heads, brand teams, and CXOs to align our solutions with their strategic objectives.

Creative Pitch & Storytelling


- Develop impactful, storytelling-led branded content proposals.


- Create campaign narratives that embed client messaging in a financially relevant, trust-driven context.

- Champion fresh storytelling formats-infographics, long-form explainers, native articles, short videos, etc.

Sales Closure & Revenue Growth


- Own the full sales funnel from prospecting to closure.

- Achieve and exceed revenue goals through upselling, cross-selling, and client expansion.

- Negotiate high-value deals and secure long-term contracts.

Campaign Execution & Cross-Team Collaboration


- Liaise with internal teams-editorial, marketing, design, and events-for seamless execution.

- Ensure timelines, brand alignment, and content quality across touchpoints.

- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery including approvals, coordination, and asset readiness.

Performance, Innovation & Reporting

- Define campaign KPIs and measure results through robust reporting dashboards.

- Optimize ongoing campaigns based on analytics and audience insights.

- Pilot innovative formats and explore new storytelling ideas across platforms.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

- Act as a single point of contact for execution, performance reviews, and post-sale servicing.

- Conduct regular check-ins, share results, and suggest optimizations.

- Build and nurture long-term partnerships for recurring business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of proven experience in digital media sales, branded content, or print and experiential solutions.

- Strong network across BFSI, FinTech, EdTech, Real Estate, Consumer Brands, and media agencies.

- Experience in concept selling, pitch creation, storytelling-led campaigns, and ROI-focused solutions.

- Exposure to programmatic ad buying, online platforms, and analytics tools.

- Creative thinker with a client-first, solution-oriented mindset.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
