Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager Ad Sales to drive revenue growth across digital advertising platforms. The role involves identifying new advertising opportunities, acquiring and managing key clients, and building long-term relationships with brands and agencies. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen, industry awareness, and analytical thinking to maximize category spends and deliver measurable value to advertisers.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, pitch, and close new advertising and revenue opportunities across digital platforms


- Acquire new clients across domestic and international markets, including brands and ad agencies


- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders within client organizations


- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase share of category spends and advertiser wallet share


- Own client servicing and key account management, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business


- Track and analyze ad performance, providing actionable insights using relevant analytics and reporting tools


- Monitor and report key metrics such as revenue, impressions, CTRs, and campaign performance


- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets


- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, formats, and platform innovations to identify new business opportunities


- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures to maximize revenue potential


- Leverage professional networks to build a strong pipeline and expand market presence


Requirements & Qualifications:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline; Marketing, Advertising, or Media preferred


- 3+ years of experience in Ad Sales, preferably in digital media, advertising platforms, or agency environments


- Good understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem, including brands, agencies, and digital platforms


- Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English


- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and key client relationships


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics


- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach


Preferred Skills:


- Experience working with brands, agencies, or programmatic/digital ad platforms


- Exposure to performance marketing, display, video, native, or branded content advertising


- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
