Value Health - Product Manager

Role Overview:

The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of healthcare digital products, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud and GenAI to improve patient engagement, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, BAs, and architects to define product requirements.

- Prioritize product features based on business value, ROI, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.

- Integrate GenAI capabilities into Salesforce Health Cloud for clinical and operational workflows.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection.

- Define KPIs and monitor product performance metrics.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication between development, design, and business teams.

- Drive adoption strategies and change management.

- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, AI/ML, and Salesforce updates.

- Mentor junior product managers and team members.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and SaaS product delivery.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulations, and interoperability standards.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into SaaS products
