Valuations Analyst

Location: Bengaluru and Mumbai

Reporting To: Micromarket CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze real estate market data to derive pricing and valuation insights.

- Enhance and refine pricing/valuation models using structured datasets.

- Maintain and manage large datasets for trend analysis and decision-making.

- Collect and map unit-level property data for analytics and intelligence systems.

- Work on both field data collection and desk-based analysis.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and usability.

- Identify market trends, anomalies, and investment signals.

Candidate Profile:

- 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Valuation, or Real Estate Analytics.

- Background in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or Finance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working with large datasets and structured data systems.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong communication and structured thinking.

Preferred Skills:

- Excel or Google Sheets (advanced level).

- SQL or Python (good to have).

- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Understanding of real estate market dynamics.

- Experience in pricing models or valuation frameworks.
