Valuation Manager - Real Estate (Commercial & Advisory)

Location: Delhi / Bangalore (5 days work from office)

Job Summary:

Hiring an experienced Valuation Manager to handle real estate valuation and advisory assignments, prepare financial models and reports, manage clients, review team work and support business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct valuation of real estate assets including commercial, residential, industrial and land parcels.

- Prepare detailed financial models using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, along with Comparable Sales and Income Capitalization approaches.

- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, lease structures and market data to derive valuation assumptions and investment insights.

- Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, market research reports and client presentations.

- Undertake market research, data analysis and benchmarking of real estate trends across asset classes.

- Support advisory assignments such as highest and best use analysis and investment assessments.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders for data collection and project execution.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory guidelines and internal quality benchmarks.

- Guide and review the work of team members.

- Assist in proposal preparation and business development initiatives for valuation and advisory mandates.

Experience Required:

- 3+ years of relevant valuation experience.

- Hands-on experience in undertaking valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes.

- Must have valuation experience in Delhi NCR and Bangalore markets.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA (Finance) and/or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- Other relevant qualifications may be considered based on overall experience and suitability
