We are looking for a skilled Valuation Professional to join our Valuation Practice in India. The role involves executing valuation assignments across business valuation, equity valuation, financial reporting valuations, impairment testing, purchase price allocation, and private equity valuation engagements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong valuation expertise, knowledge of IFRS valuation requirements, financial analysis capabilities, and experience in preparing high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute valuation assignments related to:

- Business valuation

- Equity valuation

- Financial reporting valuations

- Impairment testing

- Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)

- Private Equity valuations

- Understand engagement scope, objectives, and client requirements.

- Apply relevant IFRS standards applicable to valuation assignments.

- Perform detailed financial analysis, market research, and valuation assessments.

- Utilize financial databases such as:

1. Capital IQ

2. Bloomberg

- Conduct comparable company analysis by screening companies based on:

1. Financial performance

2. Market metrics

3. Industry trends

4. Business fundamentals

- Review and analyze financial forecast models and key valuation assumptions.

- Perform industry research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments.

- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and other engagement deliverables as per project requirements.

- Generate meaningful insights from client data, sector research, and financial analysis.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients.

- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-9 years of relevant experience in valuation, financial advisory, transaction advisory, or related fields.

- Qualified CA / CFA or MBA in Finance.

- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.

- Good knowledge of IFRS standards relevant to valuation engagements.

- Experience in comparable company analysis and market research.

- Hands-on experience with financial databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent report writing and PowerPoint presentation capabilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
