Role & responsibilities

- Seeking experienced professionals to join the valuation and business modelling team (Mumbai Location).

- As part of the role, you are expected to manage a team of minimum 3-4 members, execute and manage client deliverables and client relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Work planning with the team and partner;

- Undertaking in-depth analysis and research on valuation engagements with the team;

- Reviewing valuation advisory models prepared by the team;

- Writing/ Reviewing external and internal reports that set out our findings and recommendations;

- End to end managing and delivering project work for partner review;

- Building client relationships;

- Adding value in the continuous learning programme;

- Driving the development of new business;

- Supporting with client proposals and pitches.

- Excellent understanding of company, industry, economic research, financial statements and valuations.

- Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas, assess findings and communicate insights.

- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing final presentations.

Preferred candidate profile:

- CA or a CFA (USA) with more than 4 years of experience in valuations

- Be highly numerate with strong attention to detail.

- Possess excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- Have strong reporting skills and ability to clearly convey complex concepts (e.g. accounting, financial, economics).

- Be a team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
