Company Description:

Delhi based SEBI Registered CAT-3 Fund is looking for an individual with IBBI Registered Valuer certificate.

Responsibilities:

- Model building and preparing DCF models, Comparable Company Models, ESOP models etc.

- Developing deep technical strength in the valuation of Equity, AIF, ESOPs, Intangible Assets etc.

- Building long term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep understanding of the client and their needs, exceptional responsiveness and the delivery of the highest quality service and work product.

- Managing client engagements from day-to-day interaction and solving their queries related to valuation assignment.

Requirements:

- Should have cleared IBBI Registered Valuer examination.

- Proven technical skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Sound knowledge of Financial Statements including ratio analysis.

- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
