Role Overview:

- We are seeking a high-energy Senior Manager to lead our AIF Operations, manage clients with confidence, and drive operational excellence with a technology-first mindset.

- You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless operational delivery as we scale across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end AIF operations as a Transfer Agent - including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

- Partner closely with clients to understand, anticipate, and solve their needs - ensuring a delightful experience, not just satisfaction.

- Manage internal delivery teams, process improvements, and automation initiatives to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with tech and product teams to digitize and modernize workflows using AI, analytics, and automation tools.

- Represent Validus FinTech with professionalism during client interactions, audits, and reviews.

- Travel periodically (1-2 days at a time) to Mumbai, Bengaluru, or other cities for key client meetings.

Must have:

- Experience: 7-10 years in AIF operations, fund administration, or related financial services.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of AIF products, SEBI regulations, and fund operations.

- Tech Orientation: Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; must be AI-curious and already using AI tools in daily work.

- Communication: Exceptional English (spoken and written); articulate, engaging, and client-centric.

- Work Mode: Full-time Hyderabad-based role, candidates must reside with family in Hyderabad.

- Mindset: Action-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about building next-generation market infrastructure.

Good to have:

- Prior experience with Transfer Agents, AIF fund administrators, or wealth management platforms.

- Exposure to analytics, automation tools, or AI-driven reporting systems.

- Leadership experience managing teams or client portfolios.
