Job Responsibilities 1. Develop predictive/prescriptive solutions using AI/ML techniques for varied business problems. 2. Communicate & present insights and results to business &amp; technical stakeholders. 3. Lead a team of data scientists to deliver projects 4. Participate in the creation of sales collateral, demo's, project proposals &amp; plans 5. Contribute to organizational thought leadership via blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers etc 6. Recruit &amp; mentor data science team members. Develop a learning roadmap along with L&amp;D team. Technical Skills 1. Programming Language: Python/SQL (Must) 2. ML Libraries &amp; Statistical Packages: Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, and others 3. Knowledge of various supervised and unsupervised ML techniques. 4. Knowledge of complete life cycle of a data science project &amp; solution development, problem statement to the deployment of solution on cloud or on-premise infrastructure. 5. Knowledge of any popular BI tools is desired.
