Role Overview:

The Web & App Analytics Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end analytics processes across our web and mobile platforms.

This role requires close collaboration with development, platform, and data teams to ensure robust data collection, quality, and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with development and platform teams to resolve tagging and implementation challenges across web and app platforms.

- Conduct both manual and automated quality checks (QC) of event data, parameters, and tag implementations to guarantee accuracy and data integrity.

- Proactively alert stakeholders to any data inconsistencies or reporting discrepancies, and follow up until resolution is achieved.

- Provide regular updates on analytics health, implementation status, and upcoming deployment schedules.

- Respond to stakeholder requests for insights, ad-hoc reports, and deep dives into specific data points.

- Oversee dashboard maintenance and report delivery via Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools, ensuring timely availability and addressing any delivery failures.

- Prepare, validate, and distribute weekly/monthly performance reports to support business reviews, using Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.

- Collaborate with data engineers to automate data extraction processes, report refreshes, and BI workflows using tools like BigQuery or Power Automate.

- For A/B testing initiatives, verify that test variants are properly tagged and tracked in GA4, and analyze test results to drive insights.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web & App Analytics, with strong knowledge of tracking, tagging, and analytics tools.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and other analytics platforms.

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel.

- Solid understanding of SQL, data extraction, and automating reports through BI workflows.

- Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.

- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, especially regarding data quality and integrity.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with BigQuery, Power Automate, or similar data automation tools.

- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and proper tracking setup.

- Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, Python) are a plus for advanced troubleshooting and automation
