Job Description:

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead Zolvit 360 Enterprise-an AI-powered compliance solution built for large Indian conglomerates. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape a scalable, adaptable product suite for marquee clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary interface for enterprise clients, including senior-level stakeholders such as CFOs.

- Translate complex compliance requirements into actionable stories for cross-functional development teams.

- Define and standardize a robust product architecture for Zolvit 360 that is scalable and adaptable across future enterprise clients.

- Drive product adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and alignment strategies.

Essential Experience:

- 4-6 years in Product Management, preferably managing enterprise-grade products or platforms.

- Hands-on experience in compliance management, ideally having implemented solutions for large conglomerates.

- Background from compliance-tech companies or consulting firms highly preferred.

Key Competencies:

- Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities, including influencing senior leadership.

- Ability to structure and prioritize amidst ambiguity and complex environments.

- Proven record of launching and scaling products from- pilot to enterprise-wide adoption.

Education & Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

- Candidates with strong compliance knowledge and relevant product experience will also be considered.
