Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Certified Scrum Master with strong exposure to SAFe Agile and E commerce/Web platforms to guide multiple cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who champions Agile best practices, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adoption and consistent practice of Scrum and SAFe Agile frameworks across teams. - Coach Product Owners and teams on backlog management, story writing, estimation, and prioritization.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
- Track and communicate team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Support release planning and program-level coordination in a SAFe environment.
- Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback loops and Agile maturity assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Certified Scrum Master.
- Strong hands-on experience working with SAFe Agile framework (mandatory).
- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Web-based applications.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and servant leadership.
- Experience working with multiple technologies and complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
