Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand Vaia's presence among investment firms, family offices, wealth managers, and sustainability teams.

You will build relationships with institutional clients, introduce them to Vaia's AI-powered platform, and help drive partnerships across the investment and climate ecosystem.

This role involves working closely with the founder and leadership team to build Vaia's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with family offices, wealth managers, venture funds, asset managers, and corporates

- Drive outbound outreach and partnership development

- Conduct product demonstrations of Vaia's AI platform

- Convert leads into long-term institutional partnerships

- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients

- Represent Vaia at industry events and ecosystem forums

Preferred Background

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales

- Experience working with investment firms, fintech, SaaS, or sustainability solutions

- Understanding of financial markets, investment workflows, or ESG frameworks

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
